Private sessions utilize the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Arch Barrels, Ped-O-Pull, and Stability Chair. Private Sessions are also recommended for those already in group classes who would like personalized detailed instruction on how they can go deeper into the work, and for those who just enjoy the personalized attention that one-on-one sessions offer.
