SCHEDULE & SIGN UP
Pilates Mat
A low-impact workout that strengthens deep core muscles, improves muscle tone and endurance, and promotes mindful, controlled movement.
Vinyasa Slow Flow
A gentle, flowing sequence that links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. The slower pace creates a moving meditation that reduces stress, enhances body awareness, and supports intuition—ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Restorative Yoga
Designed to provide deep physical relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep quality by activating the body’s “rest and digest” parasympathetic system. With extended holds in supported poses using props like blankets and bolsters, this practice increases flexibility, calms the mind, and fosters mindfulness.
Yoga Trapeze
A playful yet powerful practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and relieves tension in the spine by combining yoga postures with supported inversions using the yoga trapeze.
Yin Yoga
Slow, deep stretches target connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and joint mobility. Long, passive holds encourage physical release, while the inward focus helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional balance.
